Pictures of Bob Cahow and the troops handing out gifts that were gathered by Atonement Members

A Certificate of Appreciation was recently presented to Atonement Lutheran Church by SGT. Robert Cahow, 2nd Platoon – Charlie Company 1-128th Infantry. SGT. Cahow is currently serving in our military in the Sunni Triangle, Iraq.

The Certificate of Appreciation written by SGT. Cahow expresses the following gratitude in supporting his mission in Iraq.

"Thank you for donating school supplies, clothing and other gifts to help the children of Iraq. Your generous gifts also enable C-Company 2nd PLT. in their efforts to win the hearts and minds of the local villages and towns that we patrol. Take pride in the fact that your efforts are helping to create a new generation of hope in this county that was living under a cloud of darkness and fear and is now starting to realize that freedom and democracy are possible."
Yours in Christ,
SGT. Robert Cahow
